It’s one thing to have one plastic surgery procedure done. It’s an entirely different story when a person asks for two or more procedures at the same time, or when they come back for more over time. Most plastic surgeons don’t really recommend multiple plastic surgery procedures, but there are many who perform them anyways, especially when the client has a bank account fat enough to pay for a whole new face or body, like celebrities for instance.
Almost everyone in showbiz has had cosmetic work done. Most deny having them, but some are all–too-open about their love for a nip here and a tuck there. Actually, most don’t really have much of a choice, because it shows in their faces—and bodies—quite literally. Still, just like addicts, many of them just can’t stop, which makes you wish there was some sort of rehab facility for people like them.
Listed below are the top ten celebrity plastic surgery addicts. While some in the list are lucky enough to still look OK despite multiple appointments with a cosmetic surgeon’s knife, some barely look human anymore, and creep the hell out of anyone who sees them.
10. Demi Moore
She has reportedly spent more than half a million dollars for procedures that include liposuction, breast augmentation, brow lift, multiple collagen injections and cosmetic knee surgery. It’s really a miracle she still looks as good as she does now.
9. Sharon Osbourne
This foul-mouthed mom has admitted to getting a lot of cosmetic work done over the years, and has been reported to have renounced plastic surgery. Good for her.
8. Cher
She’s like what, 90 years old? Yet she looks a lot younger, thanks to the breast enlargement, nose jobs, cheek implants, tummy tuck, butt-lift, face-lift, and liposuction procedures she is said to have undergone in the past few decades.
7. Tom Jones
Over a 40-year period, this singer has had a nose job, a scalp reduction procedure, fat removed from his chin, blepharoplasty and a facelift. And he apparently wants more, according to reports.
6. Pamela Anderson
Multiple boob jobs, collagen lip injections and God knows what else.
5. Bruce Jenner
He had all those chin and cheek implants, facelifts, eyelid surgery and nose jobs just to look like a woman.
4. Joan Rivers
A self-confessed fan of plastic surgery, she’s had at least one nose job, an eye tuck, liposuction, two facelifts, and lots of Botox injections.
3. David Gest
This TV personality was inspired by good friend Michael Jackson to have plastic surgery, and then had a nose job and facelift in one go, as well as a cleft chin and cheek implants a week later. Now that explains the way he looks right now.

1. Jocelyn Wildenstein
She’s not exactly a celebrity, but sort of became one with all the plastic surgery she’s had just to look like some sort of cat to the tune of almost $4 million. Very few people could stare at this pic without the hairs on the back of their neck standing on end.

Ok, Michael Jackson is not a plastic surgery ADDICT. Well, not to the extent that he should be number 2 on this countdown anyway. He’s had like, 5 or so nose jobs and a cleft in his chin. He got the first nose job because he broke his nose falling on stage in the pepsi commercial. It didn’t all start with just wanting to look good. The rest is due to growing with age and his skin disease, Vitiligo. Yeah, he looks significantly different, but there are good reasons behind it all. I wish everybody would stop being so harsh on him. He really doesn’t deserve any of the crap he recieves from people.
I should stay out of this, probably, seeing as I work in Cosmetic surgery in New York, but I’m not a doctor, so here we go… as I scrolled down, I thought, “no way, Cher’s gotta be number one”… then I’d see Bruce Jenner, and change my mind… then Joan and again, “she has to be number one”… then Michael. Oh, Michael. If I had made this list, he’d definitely be number one. We could all find the people out there that are obsessed w/ps (a-list celebs, b-list and the non-celeb), but Michael’s the biggest name with, in my opinion, the biggest change.
I completely agree with Rebecca. Michael Jackson is (in my humble opinion) NOT addicted to surgery. it is a widely known FACT that he has the unforgiving skin disease: Vitiligo.
If one were to do even a little bit of research, they would find a multitude of websites dedicated to his disease, and they’d see hundreds of examples of people that have his exact skin tone.
As far as his plastic surgery goes: Yes, he had two. Count them: TWO rhinoplasties. Due to aging, his nose partially collapsed. Which went untouched for a few years. He recently (in 2005) found a German Plastic Surgeon that took cartilage from his ear to replace the fallen section of his nose, and repair it for good.
The strange protrusion you see in the picture above is a bandage (NOT bone or cartilage or skin) from the final surgery, that was airbrushed to his skin colour. The edges of the bandage are clearly visible laying across his nostrils. It’s very understandable that Michael wouldn’t want a big bandge across his face. Being wrongly accused and sent to court is bad enough. All of that brings the total to THREE nose-jobs.
The only other cosmetic alteration he had was to add a Cleft to his chin. Not an implant, just a Cleft. He also had his eyebrows and eyeliner tattooed. Not augmented in any way. Other sugeries include multiple burn treatment sessions from the fire-incident that he underwent, as well, on the Pepsi comercial.
So Amen to you Rebecca!
