This couple is doing it on top of that bridge because:
1. Doing it on that part of the bridge where cars zoom by has become too dangerous.
2. They want to take their relationship to greater heights.
3. They think they’re paying sky-high taxes, and decided that screwing on public infrastructure is the best way to make use of their tax payments to the fullest.
4. The air-conditioning in their motel room conked out, and it got too warm.
5. They aren’t actually having sex, but are in a business meeting. Check out the woman’s right hand, like she was stressing a point in her sales pitch or something.
