We all know Jesus rose from the dead. Does that make him a zombie then? Blasphemous as it is to ask that question, that’s an idea the tattoo artists who designed the body art below are trying to convey.
It’s Holy Week and for Christians, it’s supposed to be time for some self-reflection and asking for forgiveness, but for the tattoo artists, those who wear these zombie Jesus tattoos, and this writer, it’ll probably take more than just one week of atonement to be forgiven for this.
To be perfectly honest, there are even worse Jesus tattoos out there. Posting them here would probably earn me a one-way ticket to someplace a lot warmer, thank you, so I decided not to. Posting pictures of zombie Jesus tattoos below is already worth a trip to Purgatory, which probably isn’t so bad.
Luckily for these people and I, Christians today aren’t as bloodthirsty as those from five hundred or so years ago. Or we would have known the joy of being hung upside down and vertically sawed in half from the crotch up.

Love is in the air on Valentine’s Day, or so the cliché goes. But for the victims of the crimes listed below, it’s death that permeated the atmosphere on that very “special” day. They ended up dying violent deaths just like the saint it was named for, who was first beaten with clubs and stones, then beheaded.
It’s understandable that some people don’t think much of Valentine’s Day, but this is just too much.

“Mob” is often synonymous with “murder”, and that has been proven so especially true in this case. On Valentine’s Day of 1929, seven sharply-dressed men were lined up against a wall of the S.M.C Cartage Co. garage and were shot dead execution-style. These men, with the exception of one, were all working under “Bugs” Moran, notorious gangster and bootlegger. They were all likely murdered by men working for Al Capone, Moran’s bitter rival gang lord.
