My, my. They’re getting younger and younger. Nope, not celebrities who get nose jobs, mind you, but celebrities who get nose jobs using ‘deviated septum’ as an excuse. At least that’s what “High School Musical” star Ashley Tisdale told People Magazine.

Not all celebrities are created equal. Especially when the one doing the creating are plastic surgeons. A celebrity can have all the money in the world, but that doesn’t guarantee they wouldn’t look like any of these plastic surgery addicts once a cosmetic surgeon’s done with them. Some, however, are lucky enough to end up with hot boob jobs, good rhinoplasty, or whatever cosmetic surgery procedure was invented 15 minutes ago. This has got to be the most shocking revelation of the year: Joe Simpson has just confirmed that Ashlee Simpson had a nose job! Well, that would be quite a surprise, that is, if you’ve been living under a rock for the past year.

It’s one thing to have one plastic surgery procedure done. It’s an entirely different story when a person asks for two or more procedures at the same time, or when they come back for more over time.
