8 Sexual Reasons To Quit Smoking
For years now, countless groups have been relentlessly egging on smokers to drop the habit. However, with more than 15 billion cigarettes still sold every day all over the world, their pleas are apparently falling on deaf ears. Scaring them with severe health consequences or using funny anti-smoking ads do little to make them quit.
I think what these groups should really focus on is not grossing them out or making them laugh, but on what most people consider one of the most important things in their lives: sex. How about scaring them that smoking threatens their sex lives in more ways than one?
1. Smokers literally stink, and that’s a fact. Do you really believe any non-smoking person would love kissing what could only smell like an ashtray? Didn’t think so. That significantly lessens anyone’s pickup success rate.
2. Smokers are more likely to become impotent or have difficulty in maintaining an erection when they reach middle age. Cigarettes are expensive, but Viagra pills are even pricier.
3. Women who smoke could reach menopause almost two years earlier than those who don’t.
4. Smoking men and women suffer reduced fertility. But if guys would rather fire blanks so they can keep on having unprotected sex with various women without fear of knocking them up, then they should go ahead and smoke. STDs and eventual impotence are gonna get them sooner or later.
5. Smoking can interfere with a woman's ability to have an orgasm.
6. Smoking accelerates the development of lines on your face, making you look older than you are. Couple this with the yellowed teeth that cigarettes give you and you can kiss that hot blonde you’ve been eyeing at the other end of the bar goodbye.
7. Smokers easily run out of breath, and huffing and puffing after just a couple of minutes of sex doesn’t speak too well of your sexual stamina.
8. Many smokers have complained that sex has become too boring for them, that their libidos have diminished. Now really, would you really want to reach this point?
